5.17 Simultaneous Duplicate Effects

Sometimes, multiple identical effects will happen simultaneously. For example, a creature might drink a liquid containing multiple doses of the same type of poison, or a pile of firebombs may explode simultaneously. In all such cases, the effects don’t simply stack. Instead, any relevant attack gains a +2 accuracy bonus for each time that the number of sources doubles. For example, a pile of eight firebombs that all go off at once would deal the damage of a single firebomb, but with a +6 accuracy bonus to the attack.
